Our BUILD Services

Working with you to create warm, dry and healthy spaces.

  • We focus on projects that improve the thermal performance, moisture management, and energy efficiency of your home. This can range from a single wall upgrade to a full house retrofit. We work with several partners to integrate renewable technologies where required.

  • We have worked on several Passivhaus projects in Wales and Herefordshire. Working closely with other experts in this field, we are constantly looking to learn, upskill and provide new build solutions that are at the forefront of low carbon construction.

  • Not all projects need architectural designs but we would always recommend a considered approach. This can be a simple site visit or a full retrofit plan that can be implemented in phases.

  • From our experience and work with other industry professionals we can run through a comprehensive overview of moisture issues that may be affecting your home. If you would like further analysis to inform a deep retrofit we can link you up with Greengauge who are industry leaders in this field.

  • We are regularly working with partners, industry professionals and institutions to push the limits of what we can do with sustainable materials and methods.
